Qualification
- Assistant Professor: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology) and M.Tech. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with Ph.D. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) from the recognized Institution/ University with minimum of 03 years teaching and/or research experience in the field of Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/ Information Technology after obtaining the PhD Degree. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation post MD/MS/DNB in the relevant subject from a reputed or recognised institute of excellence in India or abroad, approved by the Commission
- Associate Professor : B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology) and M.Tech. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with Ph.D. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) from the recognized Institution/ University with minimum of 03 years teaching and/or research experience in the field of Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/ Information Technology after obtaining the PhD Degree. For the purpose of appointment as faculty in Emergency Medicine Department, 06 years previous teaching experience in the broad specialty of General Surgery or Anesthesia or Respiratory Medicine or Orthopedics or General Medicine post completion of MD/MS/DNB shall be counted AND, 2. On such appointment, the faculty shall complete faculty development programme or trainings prescribed by the Commission, within two years of appointment.
- Additional Professor: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology) and M.Tech. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with Ph.D. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) from the recognized Institution/ University with minimum of 03 years teaching and/or research experience in the field of Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/ Information Technology after obtaining the PhD Degree.
